
Tom is fifteen‚ almost sixteen. He lives sometimes with his father‚ and sometimes with his mother and her new–kind–guy–who–tries–to–be–nice–with–the–son–of–his–girlfriend. On Tom’s birthday‚ they remember what happens to sixteen years old teenagers: the law imposes to implant an electronic chip that works as an ID card‚ a payment card and as a GPS‚ and that will indicate the physical location of the person… Tom refuses to lose his freedom‚ and with his father’s help‚ he runs away.
