
Patrick Delperdange was born in 1960 in Belgium. He started his writing career with detective novels‚ one of which got him to win the "Prix Simenon". He wrote plays‚ television scenarios‚ comic strips‚ and has translated around twenty texts from English. Patrick Delperdange also wrote several novels‚ many of which addressed to young adults‚ to name a couple‚ "L’œil du milieu" published by Nathan‚ and "Le royaume des Euménides" by Gallimard. He received the "Prix Rossel"‚ Belgium’s most prestigious award‚ in 2005 for his novel "Chants des gorges". "Comme une bombe" is a novel he wrote for young adults that was translated into Romanian‚ Spanish‚ and Dutch. Patrick Delperdange lives and works in Brussels.
