Vincent Hardy was born in 1955 in Bujumbura (Burundi). He studied illustration at secondary school in Belgium. He started drawing comics when he was still a young man. His first compilation of comic strips was published in 1981 by the current Mijade’s chief officer. Vincent has published several comics books at Vents d’Ouest Publications (France ): « Insolitudes » 1 and 2‚ « Ash Barrett » 1 and 2. He worked as an art painter during 10 years before becoming an illustrator of children’s books at Mijade Publications in 2005‚ with his title « Brown bear‚ White bear ». He lives in Louvain–la–Neuve (Belgium) and he has 2 children.
